Is Your Website Ready for 2026?

If your website isn’t helping your business grow, it may actually be getting in the way.

As buying journeys become more fragmented and AI-driven, research consistently shows that people still review a business’s website before deciding whether they trust them enough to enquire.

Your website now plays a critical role at the decision stage of the customer journey.

An outdated or unclear website quietly loses you business.

Here are a few simple questions worth asking as you plan for 2026:

  • Does your website look professional and credible compared to competitors?
  • Is it easy to use on mobile and desktop?
  • Does it load fast?
  • Is the content current, clear, and aligned with how you actually sell?
  • Does it support SEO, Google Ads, and AI-driven search with proper structure and schema?

A good exercise is to review your top competitors’ websites and then look at your own. This is exactly what your potential customers are doing.

If your site looks harder to use, slower, or less trustworthy, that gap directly impacts enquiries and conversions.
