We offer monthly maintenance plans starting at $180/month, which include WordPress-dedicated hosting using Google cloud-based in Australia, security monitoring, daily site backups, monthly Google Analytics reports, and digital consulting. If something goes wrong with your site, you’ll have priority support to fix it as soon as possible.
These plans also allow you to ask us to make small changes to the site when you’re too busy or don’t know how to make them yourself. This is great if you need images updated, blog posts published, or a new feature added. We can even arrange a custom plan for you to fit your needs.

To keep your website improving we have designed three key plans that specifically address the monthly tasks required to keep your site up to date and ahead of the rest, but without a lot of hassle for you.

Like a gym membership, the time is there for you to use the gym, or in this case, our services, as much as you require, within the terms and conditions of your plan. The plans therefore do not roll over, however, have peace of mind that we will always make time for you and your needs, and we understand that some months you may need us more than others. We design the plans to be as flexible as possible.

We’ve got it covered – that’s the whole purpose of these plans. We will know about the issue (most of the time) before you do, and if possible we will have it all sorted before you even notice. While we cannot 100% guarantee your website will not be hacked, we can promise to sort the mess out before it affects your business, including restoration of your site thanks to our regular back-ups.
While every project will be assessed differently, if your requirements are well outside the scope of your plan, we will submit a quote to you for the projected work. Once we have agreed on the quote then we will commence the work for you.
Between the entire SGD team, we are online pretty much 24/7, so email is our fastest way of communication and it’s also the easiest to track. If you’re wanting to chat face to face and perhaps have a brainstorm session about upgrading or updating your site, we love a good Zoom session with our clients. We can use this time to screen-share and even run through training modules.
We don’t place limits of what we can do for you, because we are constantly striving to provide more for our clients. The most common requests however, include small design changes, text changes, content updates, and anything else you can thing of in terms of updates you’d like to see aside from new features and pages – these may incur extra costs due to time spent on these elements.
Yep! We only want you to stick with the plan if you’re truly benefiting from the service. If you want to cancel your plan please email [email protected] and we will make a stop to your plan for your requested date. And if you need us again in the future don’t hesitate to sign-up again.
