Yet too often, content is treated as an afterthought, rushed, generic, or simply there to “fill space.”

This guide will ensure your content is built to perform.

It walks you through exactly what your Home, About, and Services pages need to say, and how to say it, so your content works harder for your business.

Use the checklists to create clear, confident, and conversion-focused content that reflects your brand and moves people to act.

Home Page Checklist

Your homepage sets the tone, make it count.

Hero Section

  • Bold headline that captures attention
  • Clear value proposition
  • Strong CTA (e.g. Book, Explore, Learn More)

Quick Overview

  • One or two lines explaining what you do and for whom
  • Reinforces you’re in the right place

Layout Tips (choose what suits your content best):

  • Grid layout – for browsing multiple services
  • Single-scroll layout – for a focused, narrative flow
  • Tabs or expandable sections – for complex service categories
  • Separate service pages – for SEO or detailed explanations
