How Group Coaching Programs Get Better Results For Coaches and Their Clients

If you’ve been a coach with 1:1 clients for some time, you might have considered introducing a group coaching package to expand your reach and impact while creating some leverage on your time.

Group coaching programs have a host of benefits for coaches and their clients, and they can be a fantastic way to grow your business and make a difference in the lives of those you serve.

Increased Accessibility and Affordability

Group programs are more accessible to a wider range of clients. They are typically more affordable than one-on-one coaching, making them a more viable option for those who may not have the budget (or need) for individualised attention.

Greater Accountability and Community Support

In addition to increased accessibility, group programs also provide a sense of accountability for participants. When people commit to showing up and participating in a program alongside their peers, they are more likely to follow through and make progress towards their goals.

But it’s not just about accountability – group programs also offer a sense of community and support. Participants can connect with and learn from others working towards similar goals, creating a supportive environment to help everyone succeed.

Scalability and Efficiency for Coaches

As a coach, group programs are also more scalable and efficient. Rather than devoting one-on-one time to each client, you can work with multiple clients at once, maximising your impact and streamlining your workload.

Flexibility and Convenience for All

With the various formats available – such as in-person workshops, online courses, or webinars – group programs offer flexibility and convenience for both coaches and clients.

I think that where I find group coaching most valuable is the inspiration I get when other people in the group are taking action, having fun and getting results – this pushes me to take more action and try more things!
