Polesy is a proudly Australian, family-owned packaging and commercial textile manufacturer with a history spanning more than 75 years. Originally established as a specialist importer and supplier, the business has grown into one of the country’s most trusted partners for packaging materials, industrial textiles, commercial bedding, safety solutions and custom manufacturing.

About the Project

Polesy’s original website was holding them back. The team came to us because their previous website and digital marketing were not performing, and they were in urgent need of a website refresh and an SEO and Google Ads rescue campaign.

They had strong products, a national B2B audience, and a long history in the industry, but their digital presence did not reflect that. Website enquiries were low, search visibility was inconsistent, and their Google Ads campaigns were not getting enough traction for key product lines like commercial bedding.

Our Solution

We implemented a Website Growth Plan that combined a custom WordPress website, structured SEO, and data-driven Google Ads management.

  • Website Design: We redesigned the Polesy site around their B2B audience and product range. We created a modern, conversion-focused design, as well as reworked navigation so busy procurement and operations teams can quickly get to the right product category, specification, or contact option without digging.
  • Custom WordPress Development: For a large B2B catalogue, structure is everything. We developed a sitemap and information architecture that clearly separates key areas: packaging, commercial textiles, services, about, and contact, with additional landing pages for high-value products.
  • SEO: We performed on-page optimisation work  as well as technical SEO improvements that included site speed, mobile usability and structured data, ensuring the new site is easy for both users and search engines to navigate.
  • Google Ads: Polesy’s Google Ads account was restructured to better support priority products and to lift performance in underperforming areas such as commercial bedding. Conversion tracking was tightened across calls and forms, tying campaign performance back to real enquiries and revenue.

From a struggling website to a high-performing lead engine.

  • Website leads have jumped from roughly 1–2 per month to 4–5 per day
  • Search visibility has improved significantly, with “the most ever keywords in top positions” reported by the client
  • Campaigns for key product lines, including commercial bedding, are now backed by clearer structure, tracking, and optimisation

The combination of a modern site, structured SEO, and focused Google Ads has given Polesy a scalable digital foundation that supports both their current sales pipeline and future growth.
