The Network of Community Activities (Network) is the leading organization that represents Out of School Hours Care providers in New South Wales. Network is known for being experts in the field of school-age care and is devoted to promoting, developing, and advocating for play, recreation, and leisure activities for 5-14-year-olds.
Network is one of the earliest not-for-profit associations in Australia’s Children Services field, having been founded back in 1974.
SGD is a digital marketing agency that strives to help businesses excel online. Our focus is on creating custom websites based on our client’s individual goals. This includes website design, development, eCommerce, digital marketing, SEO, and branding, among other areas.

About the Project
Network of Community Activities approached us needing help with a custom web design that would better represent their brand. This included creating a member portal for parents to login as well as user-friendly navigation and overall design.
We worked closely with Network to ensure that we understood their needs and goals for the project. We then created a custom website that accurately represented their brand.
Our solution
The new website was designed to attract more members by providing a trustworthy and authoritative appearance that takes advantage of the organization’s position in the industry – Network of Community Activities is the only group that does what they do.
In order to be successful, the new website must encourage member sign-ups, increase participation from existing members through a members area, documents for purchase by non-members, and create sponsorship possibilities.
Members must be able to sign up, pay and access member-only information and downloads, and this is what we delivered. The site is now a one-stop-shop for members to access everything they need from Network of Community Activities.
The Result
The Network of Community Activities website is now a valuable resource for members and potential members alike. The site is easy to use and navigate, and contains all the information that users could need.
The design is modern and engaging and accurately represents Network’s brand. The site has already seen an increase in membership sign-ups and participation from existing members.
