Becoming the Go-To Chiropractor in a Crowded Local Market

Thrive Chiropractic, led by Dr Matt Caratelli, is known for its results-based approach to chiropractic care and its community-first philosophy. But in a saturated healthcare market like Melbourne, simply being good isn’t enough, patients need to find you online, fast.

Despite delivering an exceptional patient experience, Thrive’s digital presence didn’t reflect the calibre of care they offered or help them stand out locally.

  • Low Local Visibility: Thrive wasn’t showing up for key Elsternwick search terms like “sciatica” and “pregnancy chiropractor.”
  • Outdated Website: The site looked dated and didn’t reflect Thrive’s modern, patient-first care.
